Using a coaching approach expands thinking, deepens understanding and develops self-efficacy. It’s a challenging and supportive partnership which benefits both the leader and the setting by improving performance and well-being. This course will assist you to develop your leadership and management skills and enhance your supervision techniques. The session will be a mix of input and practical activities enabling you to practice essential skills, reflect on what you do and develop your practice as a leader or manager.
